1. Order Confirmation:
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or modified.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery Time:
We usually deliver within 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary based on location or courier service.

5. Address Information:
Please provide the correct delivery address and active phone number to avoid delays or failed delivery.

6. Inspection on Delivery:
Customers are requested to check their parcel in front of the delivery person. Any complaints made after delivery will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review your issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
